Ramp Volunteer Opportunity
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Volunteering to help build ramps is a fun, easy way to make a meaningful difference in your community.

What do Ramp Team Volunteers Do?

Our Ramp Team Volunteers help to build ramps for people with disabilities in Fairfield County.

  • Volunteers meet at the home where the ramp will be installed to help construct wooden ramps. Builds normally only take a few hours and are completed by early afternoon.

  • Being part of the ramp team is a fun experience. It's a great way to get outdoors and be active, and provides a fantastic opportunity to help those in need in a meaningful, personal way.

What does it take to be a Volunteer?

  • Our Ramp Volunteers are dependable, caring, and love to help others.

  • No experience or supplies are needed, just a willingness to lend a hand.

  • Volunteers must provide their own transportation to and from build sites, which are always within Fairfield County.

  • Volunteers do not need to make any long-term commitments. You can join us for one build or several - it's up to you!
