With over 22 years of experience in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) field, he has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to FCI. In his free time, Josh enjoys golfing, being outdoors, and spending time with family, friends, and his dog Hanzo. He is also fond of traveling and occasionally playing baseball. Josh is passionate about advocating for people with IDD and believes in both being a voice for the voiceless and educating others on how to effectively advocate for themselves. ​ We are incredibly grateful for Josh's exceptional leadership!     You're Invited! Join us for: Giveaways Live DJ Kona Ice ​Face Painting Spin Art Corn Hole Food Trucks Games Bounce House View event on Facebook. Participating Agencies & Businesses Space Reservation Are you an Agency or Business who would like to participate? Register online before July 22, 2023. FCdCP is partnering with Cross Fit 740 to host a Summer Bash with food trucks, games, raffles, etc. There, we would like to highlight local agencies and businesses and provide a space for each one to share about what they offer. There is no charge for booth space, and bringing a fun activity or contest is more than welcome. This event will help create connections between agencies, but most importantly will help create a personal connection with individuals and families who may currently be in need (or may be in need in the future). The people we serve benefit from building relationships in a safe, informal environment, where they can make a personal connection. And we know this is the same for the individuals and families who make up our community as a whole. We believe this will provide that opportunity!     2nd Annual Fall Charity Raffle Official Rules Fairfield Center for disABILITIES & Cerebral Palsy, doing business as Faifield Center for Independence (FCI) is a non-profit 501-c3 Organization, and is tax exempt in the state of Ohio. All proceeds from the 2023 Fall Charity Raffle go to benefit United Way of Fairfield County, which is also a 501-c3 Organization. ​ 1. Tickets are sold online through Fairfield Center for Independence's website, via the Wix Point of Sale System. Please keep the confirmation email, as that is your proof of purchase. ​ 2. Each 1 (one) ticket is equal to 1 (one) entry. There is no limit on the number of tickets an individual person can purchase. ​ 3. Each prize will have its own separate drawing. A person is welcome to enter as many drawings as they wish. ​ 3. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee a prize will be awarded. ​ 2. Winning raffle tickets will only be drawn once and will not be placed back in the container(s) for further draws. 3. No one under the age of 18 shall be eligible to purchase a raffle ticket or win a prize. By purchasing a raffle ticket, you certify that you are over the age of 18. All winners will be required to show photo ID before picking up their prize. 4. The winners of the prizes shall be determined and publicized. The winners will be notified by telephone or email. Winners shall be published on Facebook, Instagram, and our website. ​ 5. By entering into the Raffle, you agree and certify that, should you win, Fairfield Center for Independence may publish your name and picture on our website and social media pages. Your picture will be taken at time of prize pick up. 6. Fairfield Center for Independence shall be responsible for awarding all prizes and making all reasonable efforts to contact the prize winners. Prizes must be picked up at FCI during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 am - 3 pm.) 7. Any prizes which are not claimed shall be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. If at that time the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize shall be donated to United Way of Fairfield County for them to use as they so choose. 8. Only the prizes as described and approved by Fairfield Center for Independence shall be awarded. 9. The value of the prizes are not guaranteed to cover additional taxes or fees at time of redemption, which will ultimately be determined by the business donating the prize. 10. Prizes shall be awarded free and clear of any mortgage, lien or any other encumbrances. ​ 11. Meta Release: This raffle is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. By entering the raffle, you understand you are providing you information to Fairfield Center for Independence and not to Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. By participating in this raffle, you agree to a complete release from Facebook, Instagram, and Meta for any claims. ​ 12. Collection of Data: Your contact information will be used for purposes of the 2nd Annual Fall Charity Raffle only. Fairfield Center for Independence will not share or sell your data to anyone, and will not contact you for any purposes other than the Raffle. ​ 13. If a prize has more than one chance to win and a person's name is drawn twice, another name will be drawn. ​ 14. Employees of Fairfield Center for Independence (FCI) are ineligible to participate in the Raffle.
